Heya!! Now that Lyric's Ledger of Legends is out (available here! https://t.co/NjzSGcRgiX) I thought it'd be fun to share design notes on some of the 5e subclasses in the book I designed!

I'll start with one I teased earlier, the Lariateer, AKA the "Grapple Force Rena" class

Something I'd like to highlight for Grapple Force Rena fans, the most self-indulgent of the class options I designed - a Fighter archetype called the Lariateer, who uses a magical grappling hook called a "Mystic Lariat" to pin down enemies and swing across the environment!
