I've never been 100% decided on his design

Anyway, on the surface he seems very intimidating and stubborn, especially to Spike, but to his kids he's a huge softy, and a loving father

His personality can be described as, take Scout from TF2, and make him really gay :P

He talks very fast and snappy, and always has a sarcastic comment for everyone and everything

Just a daddy bird who loves his daughter :3
