I do love how Bouncy Wario looks so in control and determined, while Spring Mario doesn't.
The Wario Land transformations are not only part of Wario's comedic side, but also a showcase of how tough and resilient he is.
Muscles and a strong shoulder.
A mighty hammer and lots of explosions.
Speed, anxiety and rage.
Merfle: My home world has been robbed and invaded and everyone I have ever known, including my queen, has been captured!
Wario:
Very excited for whenever they finally show footage of Foreman Spike in the movie.
Gonna do a lot of geeking out when that happens, because I love Wrecking Crew and with him being Wario's precursor I totally include him in the coverage of this blog.
This may be a total coincidence, but I like the thought of Captain Syrup having the same affinity for bombs as Wario does.
Been seeing a surprsing amount of Mario Hoops 3-on-3 on my timeline recently.
Not much to add, besides also gushing over the artstyle. The game in general has a very distinct personality, from the art, to the music, to the Final Fantasy crossover aspect.

Did a complementary write-up for the species characters essay on how they get defined, since I wasn't satified with that part.
Aka how Toad is the most consistently defined individual species character, despite what some think.
Kinopio-kun was a gem in general btw. Massive shame they retired the character.
Making a seperate blog for general Mario talk is a decision I am very happy to have made.
Wario will remain my main focuse of course, but Mario a a whole has so many interesting things to discuss and obscurities to dig into.
