Mario & Wario and Wario's Woods had a interesting recurring theme, of Pidgits serving as mooks for Wario.

When you think about it, Mona and Jimmy really feel like they were made to be foils for Captain Syrup and Waluigi to play off of, if Wario's supporting cast wasn't so seperated.

I'm certain this wasn't intentional, but SNES Wario's Woods has a purple dragon called Lizardon.

Cue Pokemon, which has Charizard, who is called Lizardon in Japan and has purple as his original shiny color in Gen 2.

Wario wanted to be the sheriff and not be made fun of for it, so he took the opportunity created by WarioWare Inc. to insert himself as the sheriff into another game.

We got a good amount of Wario's pals on the GBA. Now picture what it would have been like to have them all in a single game.

I don't think it's bias on my hand to say that Wario has the best female cast in the Marioverse.

They are so distinct with their own roles and capable, to the point that Wanda even is the first female main hero of a Marioverse game.
