Completed 24/08/22. Daughter and youngest granddaughter. A3 acrylic.
Individual parts are all accurate but the whole doesn't work well. That's my opinion

I’m not sure whether to shred this. Not convinced the experiment has worked that well. Its A3 acrylic. What do you think?

Completed this yesterday. A4 watercolour of Vermuden’s Drain, along Horseshoe Drove, near Chatteris. I feel this is less messy than recent attempts at watercolour. Keep trying!

A4 acrylic of Beanz: my son’s new rescue dog. A Lurcher and Belgian Malinois cross.
I’ll get it framed and give it to him.

This was better when it was just a minimilist drawing. I think it’s a mite better than previous attempts at watercolour, so maybe I improve slightly, but it’s not what I intended at all. Avice welcome

A4 acrylic, and still experimenting. Trying to make blurred images (double vision effect). Not easy on a portrait. But I”m enjoyiyng trying some ideas that are different from my regular ‘safe’ painting.

Just thought I”d throw this one in. An A4 watercolour sketch (cold day) at Lymington Quay at sunrise. You gotta admit, I keep trying!

In case I need to prove it further, here, my attempts at using water colour (with pen). Just a mess I’m afriad. But I will keep trying. Eventually I will do something that works.
