I also really really like how trauma is handled in SAO it's very realistic and as someone who suffers from a form of trauma (tho it's very minor tbh in the way it affects me) and it's definitely a bitch it's not something that you can get rid of easily especially if you don't-

The emotional scenes in scenes in SAO are phenomenal they never fail to make my heart ache everytime I read or think about them they're just so so good.
