@HylianDorito Couli, Blitzmodus (Act I): After Couli's use of UV, the form becomes incredibly difficult to reuse, but his body is still accustomed to the energy, and this what comes of it. Couli is able to manipulate the air around him with his heightened ki abilities to utilize plasma energy
