My anxiety hella spiked randomly at work today so i left early so i didnt have a panic on floor LOL havent been anxious for like 6+ months dye to meds but idk what happened today...

Either way i think imma watch Slow Loop to calm my nerves! Koharu brings peace through chaos 🥰
