even if jones is a lightweight i really don't think that would be enough drink/time for him to get silly.

and even if he was, there was absolutely no indication or dialogue to imply he was drunk. he is speaking normally. (i believe him that spiderman isnt a good storyteller) 5/7

enough time has passed for wolverine to finish his pint of beer which would take 30 minutes tops (i doubt he's taking his time with it, based on how pissed off he is). it takes about 30 minutes to just barely feel the drunkness from alcohol. 4/7
