Like many government agents after the '45 had ended, Charles Leslie attempted to recoup the costs of his intel operations vs. the #Jacobites. Amongst expenses he lists damage to his home, which the rebels searched 13 times, & the loss of his regular salary of £70 per annum. (1/2)
