@OG_Zimzilla99 I’d be in the optimist side of believing it was an error. Tho I’d think the design would not be as different as what we ended up with, perhaps with just small differences considering how the design evolved.

These are the four sketches Tatopoulos presented to toho during the pitch meeting, along with a maquette. Though radical, the executives believed the design still kept the spirit of Godzilla.
