I like the colors here. Not 100% satisfied with the citizens; perhaps only key panels deserve full attention. It's okay to "sketch" panels that people will only spend a second looking at. It's like, "express what's going on in the story and move on."

I may have gone a bit far in a few places 🤷‍♂️
