After finishing rewatching Kanon (2006) and Clannad, now I'm on to the infamous "Air". #anime
Air was actually the first anime I ever rented from this comic book shop. (In 2009, it became Check into Cash, RIP) But not before I rented every anime they had...in alphabetical order!

After finishing Kanon (2008), I'm rewatching Clannad. #anime
Clannad is a very beautiful, Slice of Life love story.
...But unfortunately, it's bogged down by a lot of supernatural garbage, like the scenes with the robot and the girl.
If they cut those scenes, it'd be perfect!

Reminder of how "Zoe VS Josh" went, the first time they fought.

Protecting her daughters, the Goddess Zoe is nigh invincible, scooping up the 50ft Dragon God like a toy.
Josh never forgot this defeat and wanted a rematch, hence the asteroid.

In this moment, as her arms and hair wrapped around him, the Dragon God Josh finally understood the Goddess Zoe.
Her many, many, coddled daughters, her Healing Light, her Rapture spell...it all made sense!
Zoe's greatest fear is being alone!

The Dragon God, Josh, mocked the Goddess Zoe for taking 9 months to create her daughter Brianny.
Using his spit, Josh created Maya, an ALMOST exact copy of Brianny in 9 seconds!
Maya is a Water Demi-Goddess, not a human, but eh!
