Well, the Salmons in itself are ... pretty different, yet similar.
Except some bosses who's their own design, there's three types : Smallfries, Chums (the middle ones) and Cohocks (the big one)
Also, if needed, here's a Griller (an 'event' boss) with Salmonid tails
