That's not all. Vegeta's SSB foreshadowed his later transformation.
While Fighting against Granolah, he awakened into ultra Ego. You can tell from the Aura and nature of the transformation... It is fierce, aggressive and wild. Just like Vegeta's version of SSB. Or SSJ in general
This form allowed Vegeta to achieve new heights of his power. With the cost of not being able to maintain it at all. Infact, he lasted in the form for a few pages then dropped out due to the amount of Ki loss.
Vegeta exploded his Ki & did the opposite to Goku. Instead of having Ki control, he let his Ki run wild. Leading him to an evolution of how SSB can be utilised. Though it should be noted that at this point, Both Vegeta and Goku could maintain SSB
Part 3 of my discussion on SSB will entail of the other end of the spectrum of how SSB was utilised in DBS.
This is the final thread on SSGSS. Starting off with Vegeta's utilisation of SSB
I want to take the time to discuss my interpretation of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan ( SSGSS ).
what it is, it's utilisation but also it's importance to the power scailing & understanding of combat in DBS for Goku and Vegeta
This is part one. ( Thread )
However now they each gone on a new path. One where particular match ups would favor one fighter to another. I'm glad everyone is getting their more unique and signature fighting styles. Hopefully we see it develop further and further.
I'll discuss these paths later
The Tournament of POWER established 3 different paths to power for Goku, Gohan and Vegeta.
3 different principles
3 different philosophies
No idea how it took this long to realise another parallel between Zamas and Vegeta is their pride.
Vegeta's pride of being a Saiyan and Zamas Pride of being a God clash when Vegeta uses God power and Zamas uses the power of a saiyan.
Arrgghh so poetic
