Back in the 1.10 patch, Potemkin's HPB reportedly received a mysterious buff that "Increased distance from which the attack connects."

After careful analysis by Emo Tarquin and myself, we discovered that the grab box was extended BACKWARDS.

Potemkin's 2P has deceptively short range!
On its first and second active frame, it is shorter than 2K and slightly longer than 5P.
Since it gains significant range on frame 10+, it is not great for up-close mashing and functions more like a 10F poke.
