I tried to fix at least some of the main issues I had with my last piece by adding more detail and by making the character look more interesting

Here's my attempt at drawing something in Clip Studio Paint, I tried to mix different uniform designs from the early 20th century/late 19th century (also I'm still terrible at drawing hoomans)
