Practicing portrait illustration with more dramatic lighting, and making a new sample for comms, so here is my druid Dysis! #DnDCharacter
Oh, yeah. I have a promo graphic I don't think I ever posted. It was requested for a one-shot I was in for pre-roll promotion. Yes, I've been really leaning into grunge-neon stuff lately.
Happy #WIPWednesday!
Been doing a lot of different things, but here are a few artworks from the WIP folders.
Berta-Ve! My Bugbear fighter! We had just got to level 3 in Mines of Phandelver, picked Battle Master, never played again. 😂 This is the 1st art I've done of them!

Happy #WIPWednesday !
Almost done my next art sample! Working on the frames and considering the background (but liking the current look).
Also, my Berta-Ve! A #DnDCharacter I played for a short time, but never got to do art of.
An intermediate sketchbook assignment for #SummerArtStudy
All about working on composition and value control! We start in black and white with thumbnailing environments. Meant to be quick and exploratory. Can change it up to colour or imagine your own settings as the weeks go.
It's gonna be another day without an art stream. I had a terrible time trying to sleep so my day is all whacked.
Here is a timelapse of the intermediate study as part of #SummerArtStudy
Tips: Look for the style choices that are repeated across characters.
If you were to draw a character for Adventure Time, the repeating features are dots for eyes, simple shapes and bendy limbs.
