Oh, these too. These are totally my jam.

My favorite "Soundtrack Album Cover" genre is either an original art made for the album or even better: Have the characters play instruments so I can pretend they performed the music.

It's kind of annoying despite releasing a lot of official in-house arts for wallpapers or calendars, Falcom don't make original album cover artworks anymore when we used to get some gorgeous stuff like this.

Austin Lee Matthews talking about the CS4 tapestry reminds me how much I love Ash's pose in that art that I went as far as making a Wu-Tang Clan edit.

I'm not even interested with Ys VI Online but holy fuck, I'd argue these are even better than most official Falcom arts.

I really cannot get over this guy's fucking face.

It's so soft and conveying emotions that we, mere mortals are simply not equipped to understand.

NGE Kaworu:
Knows everything about the Origin of Life and shit.

Rebuild Kaworu:
Same as NGE, but will explain to you in the most confusing way possible and omit some details because fuck you, he's Kaworu.

Manga Kaworu:
Doesn't even know where do babies even came from.

It's almost the end of January and there's still no English subs for the 3-hour extended cut of Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni.

Feels bad man.

Speaking of Matsubara-sensei, his works for Sakura Taisen are also quite a sight to behold.

LRT Ah, Evangelion: 2.0 will be aired on Japanese TV tonight and Matsubara-sensei is blessing us with new Eva Children arts.

I've always loved his take on the designs, plus he animated some of the most legendary scenes in 2.0 which says a lot, that film is full of great moments.
