It's probably unintentional, but interesting that NGE manga's final volume cover has a reincarnated Shinji standing in the middle of winter while in Shin Eva poster, we see a ghostly Shinji standing far away in summer daylight.

Won't get my hopes up for Ys V remake being the big announcement for Falcom event in December, but whoever will eventually work on the game's art definitely has big shoes to fill after Minako Iwasaki set the bar pretty damn high.

Anno already gave his blessings for other creators to make new Eva stories without his involvement once he's done with Shin Eva, so what about a spin-off by Mai Yoneyama where the world is fine and the Fated Children do nothing except being the coolest damn kids in town?
