You know what's funny? According to several sources (and official arts), his uniform was supposed to have sleeves like other characters's if not for a coloring error during production, but the staff thought it fits his Bad Boy aura so it ended up being his signature apparel.

The biggest takeaway:
Ash and Musse are SO FUN to write because I don't need to restrict myself about literally anything, they're basically Walking Violations. 100% would write more about them.
