A fun way we can see this in bats is by looking at the closest relatives of the lesser short tailed bat: the bulldog/fishing bats of Latin America

1. Chip and Dale were made bats for some Disney merch a couple years ago which I’m now upset that I missed, and
2. In Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers S2 Ep39 there was a bat character named Foxglove that had a big ol’ crush on Dale
