I really like this scene. The way both the brick and the villain transform into cherry blossoms and get scattered by the wind looks so hypnotizing.

Finished Akage no Anne. What a fantastic show... definitely my favourite anime from World Masterpiece Theater.
It's been 40 years since it aired for the first time and it's still one of the most gorgeous, emotional and touching anime series ever created.

Thanks to that there is a lot more quite nice fast paced scenes with animated backgrounds
