Gintoki & Takasugi’s battle to the brink of death for the memory of their sensei was beyond phenomenal & amazing story telling. These episodes destroyed me like no other piece of fiction ever has. The dynamic between these two is unmatched 🔥

The Shogun Assassination Arc in Gintama might be my favorite arc in Shonen. This arc made me feel so many emotions, if not all of them. This scene right here sets up the most long awaited battle between Gintoki & Takasugi 🔥
