2016 SU fanart highlights, I was still at CN and drawing and growing constantly. I was also fighting burnout toward the end

Some SU fanart highlights from 2015. This was the year I started working on PPG at CN and paintings took a bit of a back seat to drawing storyboards

Also some of the drawing games as part of the test. I think some of these test templates are in the SU art book? I still love roller disco gems haha

I was also invited to participate in a Steven Universe x Adventure Time show at Gallery Nucleus. I flew out to LA to be there, they even displayed some of my SU sculptures! I was also asked to sign comics at the event, it was a fun and eventful night!

I was also able to create 4 short comics that appeared in the original Steven Universe comic run in issues #5-#8. According to Ian only the original run of SU comics is level 2 canon so these are my only truly partial canon contributions to SU.

Around the time I graduated in 2014 @boomstudios reached out to me and asked if I would like to draw a cover for the first run of Steven Universe comics and obviously I said yes! Thanks to @WhitLeopard for that opportunity and the ones that followed!

The baby Steven comic! This was and still is the most popular piece of art I ever posted on tumblr. There's plenty of logistic problems now given what was revealed later, but I feel the spirit of it still carries through.
