Twilight Princess: Snowpeak Ruins

This dungeon's tough, but I love it. I love the story elements and returning to gradually improve the one source of healing in the entire place in the form of a big cauldron of soup.

I actually don't remember nearly as much of this game as I'd like, but for some odd reason I remember enjoying the ice dungeon. I should replay this game soon.

1994's another year I'm less experienced with (we're getting deeper into pre-maeve era gaming), but Super Metroid is perfectly lovely.

Hey. I know this is cheating, but I really couldn't decide on this one.

Xenoblade Chronicles, Pandora's Tower, and Metroid Other M are all my favourites of 2010.

Metroid Other M specifically to make people angry and because I really do like it very much.

2018: okay look. Monster Hunter World is undeniably incredible. Amazing game! Delightful!

But Iconoclasts is perfect. It unfortunately couldn't be beaten for me in any year it could have come out. A simply exquisite game I am unironically honoured to have gotten to play.

2021 was definitely Metroid Dread. Absolute dream come true and I'm not even exaggerating. Wonderful game.
