Made a fully colored ref for both Jessie and Rudy for @SplinterCityOCT !

Gonna say it now, Mizo, Zlatko and Rougue will serve as NPC's for @SplinterCityOCT

@RBlueberg Mizo and Elizabeth are the most evident relationship out of the rest of my characters. Then there's also Jessie and Rudy to some extent, even if it's sorta one sided

About that whole SplinterCityOCT, it was way harder to choose the right characters for it, considering how fucking broken most of my characters are. Still, Rudy and Jessie aren't jokes either.
