13. Rival Silver

I'll admit that Bede kind of stole my heart during my playthrough of Pokemon Sword, but I still believe that no rival has surpassed Silver in terms of quality. Great character growth, great concept, and his development is subtle thanks to his choice of Pokemon.

I'm having a conversation with @FieryAramau about gaming perspectives. She prioritizes narrative, while I prioritize gameplay. So I'd like to ask:
