Something cool I feel like sharing.

These two have become two of my favorite characters...but why?

Well to me, Lyn is well-written while Edelgard provokes thought, and that's interesting.

One is cool due to how she is written. The other is cool due to how she in interpreted.

I'm going with the Japan release date of September 2009 here, as this game didn't hit the US until March of 2010.
