Picked up PRIMAL on a blind buy. So worth it. Some of the best pure animation I've seen in a while. No dialogue, no excuses. Relentless brutal animal violence, and it gets weird. And emotional. And magical. Worthy of the pages of classic Heavy Metal. Go get it.

These Graham Ingels 'Old Witch' paintings are giving me life with their spooky iridescent colors and maiden vs crone symbology. Some of his last work. He died in '91.
