Creature Design server I'm in had a challenge to design an existing creature's evolutionary prompt: Fruit bat for a lake environment with colorshifting abilities. So it's a hell lake bat dolphin seal that can hypnotize like cuttlefish.

@seaboundsailor_ Henlo yes this is Kain my very well put together and emotionally and mentally stable dhampir/vampire.

So my DM let Kain have access to a variant of the Form of Dread, his looks a smidge like this! His scars opening up to let aspects of Tharizdun spill out, writhing tentacles with mouths and eyes.
