Gyankawa/ギャンカワ means "Very cute"! It's basically a more modern way of "chokawaii/ちょうかわいい"! "Gyan" is a slang word for "Very," that comes from the dialect in the Chikugo region such as Omuta City in Fukuoka Prefecture!
