‘Hummingbirds’ by Michelle Morin. American artist from New Hampshire. She says her aim is an attempt at representing the Complexity of nature through texture, pattern and narrative elements.

I’ve not posted a Michiel Schrijver painting for ages and this is a different colour palette from his normal one ‘Lonely House’ by him...if this your first time seeing do check out this fab Dutch artist.

Emily Patrick is an artist I often post because her carefully planned Still Life paintings are always a joy to the eye. Delicate brushwork here in a piece titled ‘ ‘Leaves and Two Peaches’.

Hello again. No luck with the dog sadly but Toots was happy to have a walk. We went to a farm shop that is incredibly posh, lovely foodstuffs but expensive. We used to go more often but got fed up of parking arrangements. This delightful painting is by Janice McGloine

Alan Parry doesn’t paint many night time pictures but when he does they are always worth a post. He also creates beautiful paintings of rather ‘posh’ gardens the sort that have a National Trust feel to them.

‘Nearly Spring’ by Petra Brown. Slowly waking up but stay there lads and lasses snow maybe around the corner. Cuteness in spades.
