Aron Wiesenfelds paintings are always mysterious and sometimes I think they should arrive with an instruction book. I love his style ‘Overpass’ Oil on Panel.
Good Morning Folks. Happy Saturday. Cold and frosty here.
Starting with Malcolm Teasdale’s painting of Miners coming home after night shift ‘ Lighting the Way’
Titus Brzozowski is an architect and Watercolour artist from Poland. He adores Warsaw and his beautiful and delicate pictures are mostly set there. He certainly portrays it well. I love his art.
I don’t ever post much Winslow Homer(1836-1910) at all which is stupid as he was an established and much loved American artist. Love this.
And some semi nautical concept art too. Mysterious romantic ( er no Dr S this is not romantic’) and scary. Yes I agree with the scary bit!
Wendy Andrew is an artist whose art DrS and I love. We’ve bought her calendar for 5 years now and it’s always beautiful. #Painting Dreams.
This is by W Heath Robinson. (1872-1944) If he’s new to you he’s certainly worth looking up. His creations are wonderfully eccentric.
Jessica Roux has been on my ‘to look up’ list for a while. She creates many of these type of paintings for signs and such like. #Beautiful.
This is by Eyvind Earle (1926-2000) also a producer of backgrounds for the Disney Studios. Great job I would think for creative minds.
If you are in a researching mood and you like this the artist Rebecca Vincent has an interesting site. ‘A Rift in the Land’ Title.
