I put his mothers name in the search engine and it comes up with more by Hernán Valdovinas ( her son) I don’t mind I like looking at his unusual paintings.
Siesta now , back later. 😊🌻
The first should have been a four and I’m a bit cross because they didn’t go!
Here are the three that didn’t arrive.
Jill Barklem Brambly Hedge
Charlotte Fitzgerald ‘Sunflower and Salvia’ Impasto Landscape , bright and beautiful . She often uses a palette knife to apply her pigment. I’ve looked at her other work and it’s all good. She has a YouTube site for a tutorial
These two are again by Milo Winter. The first has a title but sadly the peacock doesn’t. A lot were from from the The Childrens Golden Book of Illustrations. Beautiful and new to me
My last four of the day. The little girl with the pretty gloves is by Lena Anderson for March and Windy Children are Dutch
Such a pretty Watercolour painting by American ( Washington) Jane Shasky.
Watercolours suit daffodils and the bird is painted with attention to detail
Good Morning Everyone
St David’s Day and also the 1st of March. These four all represent the day. The lovely pink March piece is by Janna Krupinski
I don’t think I’ve posted anything by Paul Sérusier (1864-1927) before and he was quite important and a pioneer of Abstract ( not this one)and an inspiration for the Nabis Movement Whose artists include Pierre Bonnard and Félix Vallotton.
Another by Marc Chalmé. This feels like a feminine sewing room or studio. Love the vintage hat boxes I want them ! The colours here are muted and soft.
Timothy Easton again. This time ‘Cat and Iris on the Window Sill. Delicate fine art from this experienced artist. This from Wayfair U.K.
