His girlfriend did us all a favour and thanks to her gift of painting materials to him we have an artist who paints what we want to see right now. Paintings just nostalgic enough. Love his work.

I love these seed packet covers and what is more they are seasonal too. Planting Spring bulbs etc.
The daffodils are cheery and will brighten my time line.

Oh no! It’s a steampunk,scene from Wind in the Willows by Krista Brennan…..Is nothing sacred….it would seem not!

Now…what to make of these. I post everything that isn’t pornographic or scary. These three Watercolours by Krista Brennan are extremely odd. She’s a freelance Illustrator from Sydney Australia. These I think were for a Children’s book. The tentacles give me the creeps !

What a fabulous way to start. I love the Brambly Hedge books by Jill,Barklem (1951-2017). Sad that she died quite young, but look what she left for us, such busy beautiful illustrations. Autumn ones here .

Interesting Watercolour paintings now by Direk Kingnok artist from Thailand. From being young he won competitions for his art. These appealed to me because of the subject matter. Last posted by me 2019. Time for an outing!

This young lady looks the epitome of cool with her large instrument. She’s painted by Katya Gridneva Ukrainian artist and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Art in St Petersburg
