@Geo_AW3 It seems to be to emphasis that he's speaking loudly almost yelling but it's interesting that most of his dialog bubbles have 2 tails. (other people talking also have 2 tails on their bubbles but eh.) I hadn't noticed this until looking back at the chapter.

Reading the beginning of the Manga. Not sure if he specifically says 10 in the anime. (I'm sure people have talked about this) But that might mean we get our last Strawhat in Wano. Unless one dies.. but I'm literally the only one who thinks that might happen.
