This #HeMan series has nothing to do with the new cartoon but @ThatKevinSmith told me he liked it, so you should read it.
I spend a lot of my life working on DC COMICS. I’ve decided these are my favorite DC comics adaptations. Discuss.
Read a preview of NICE HOUSE ON THE LAKE 1 by @JamesTheFourth & @AMartinezBueno from @DCBlackLabel and it's unsurprisingly excellent and creepy. James has really figured out how to make horror comics feel intimate, personal and real pretty. RECOMMENDED!
Man, I am loving FALCON & THE WINTER SOLDIER. In addition to just being great it hits the nostalgia button for a guy whose first comics included these:
I’ll see your zombie tiger and raise you a zombie lion.
I see that #TheCrow is trending, and I don't care why, because that's good. Also, I wrote a pretty cool Crow series with @IliasKyriazis on art, and @peachmomoko60 on covers.
My experience with THE BEQUEST 1 has been interesting, & vastly different than other creator owned books. I've heard nothing from press or any critics, but way more people are enthusiastically contacting me individually on social media about it. Maybe "fun comic discourse?"
TODAY on NCBD! THE BEQUEST by me n' @Freddieart from @AfterShockComix ! Fantasy heroes in modern Chicago! Dragons taken out with antiaircraft weapons! Gritty crime! A cover nod to Dragonlance! I dunno what else you need!
I find it super sad that for many a ‘fun’ comic is bad because it can’t be ‘deep.’ So, fuck that. @Freddieart and I made a comic which is both if ya wanna look for it. @AfterShockComix
I kinda don't know what comes out when anymore, but I think BLOODSHOT 12 and VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE 6 are out from me this week? If so, please enjoy! BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD.
