As a web3 artist I finally feel I belong to a community that shares my values. Crypto culture loves decentralization and crypto art is a pure expression of this.

I was always uncomfortable being described as a Neo-expressionist because the term was the product of PR more than a genuine movement of artists. The idea that it was a reaction to conceptual art was contrived in order to sell more colorful paintings.
