I was listening to the @Howard_RyanGreg podcast stream tonight with @PlanetXGamesCo and a question came up about Planescape. What style of fantasy would you classify the setting as? (weird fantasy, gonzo, etc.) It’s a tough one to nail down IMO. What do you think?

Ran Shadow of the Demon Lord for one of my in person groups last night. It’s been a few years but I love how in just a few minutes we were up & running but forgot how BRUTAL it is. It’s not on the same level as a funnel but close enough that party strategies changed round one🤘🏻😅

Pointless TTRPG Thought #326: You know, considering the amount of flame based spells that exist in nearly all fantasy games, I feel that the art work does a horrible job reflecting that. I mean shouldn’t the existence of long flowing hair and beards be almost non existent? 🤔😅
