Halcyon I started last night to destress

So my friend suggested some of us do a challenge where we make a character design using a Pokémon's color palette
I got cosmoem (and hardly followed the palette) but say hi to Pulsar!

Tried doing a wiggle icon for the first time, I think it turned out pretty good!
(yes I know the halo is messed up dont look at it too hard i cant fix it </3)
