@herecirm In my non sims story he has puss coming from his eyes and skin, but this was the best I could do in the sims XD

This is how he looks in the story. I might try find a way to make him more yellowish/green in the sims, if it will be possible with his skin overlay.

Then they had three boys, Mikey Jr - who always looked sad, but was quite a rebellious as teen XD Jamie who was born last and then there was Samuel, but I don't think I have any picture of him, but he was also a redhead after his mom.
