I think I should post more WIPs. Less because I want to show them off, but more because the moment I post it, I become super self-conscious, and it encourages me to improve. I was about to post this pic and then had to improve left guy's crooked eye which is now fixed.
I would be nowhere with my art if I didn't use my scribble coloring. The benefit that the scribbles provide is that I can use super bright colors, but then break them up to avoid too much oversaturation.
I have that itch again. I'll do one free character commission in this art style. First come first serve.
I am so happy that I have an art style that is ME. I used to just use flat color fills and things never looked right. Couldn't get it to look hand drawn like on paper and then it clicked with me that I should hand draw the coloring. I draw scrunctly but I like that.
My lineup of episodes in my buffer are starting to build up. Can't wait for January to come around and then destroy it in five minutes. Hopefully thumbnails don't imply too much.
Bit the bullet, and through blood, sweat, and mostly tears, I made a bunch of backgrounds. Luckily for me, my art style requires they be a perfect ratio of shitty and good.
@shareocs Ted, my main character is a homeless teenager. After discovering he has super powers one day, he decides he wants to become a vigilante, without knowing what that really means, and doesn't bother questioning why he has Thing-like abilities out of nowhere.

@scrappedskull @NemoEntropy @lizcourserants Obviously there’s a difference between real people and fiction. The terminally online can’t seem to understand that someone who happens to look young is still a consenting adult. but I’d still call it a MASSIVE red flag if you can look at these characters and think “Scrumptious”
