The only times we've actually seen the characters again is Rohan At The Louvre which is dubiously canon, Koichi in Part 5, and DNA Yukako.
Basically they just wear the same outfits.

At a Confessional happens during Rohan's hiatus which started after he fought Josuke.
Mutsukabe Hill and Millionaire Village happen when Rohan is 27 which makes this seven years after Part 4.
