My favorite part for Shizuna Concepts(Kuro II) focusing the scarf, tie or straight up a kimono-style with a obi-belt.

The ponytail proposal is more like a loosely version of Laura S. Arseid. While for her jacket collar, they proposed to have a Maiko style that shows her neck.

Overall, this episode is the start of everything coming to fruition in terms of Northern Jaegers(at least of them) doing the "dirty" work.

Let the second half of this anime season commence towards North Ambria of heading towards that fated destination.
