In The Dead Moon #fairytale when the moon shone it was safe to walk the bogs but if she did not, evil things came out. One night moon wore a hood & was caught & held by a night creature. Townsfolk eventually freed the moon & dark, evil things were chased away. #FairyTaleTuesday

Bats were thought to be a gift from the devil bestowed upon women who promised their souls to him. If a bat flew into your house on Halloween night, it was thought ghosts were present because ghosts creeping into the home allowed the bats to fly in with them. @SuperstitionSat
