For today's @artukdotorg theme we're showcasing the #abstract work of member Mike Poole 🎨 Mike was an Art Director before a stroke led him to pick up a paintbrush for the first time in years in our studio.

👣 Feeling the sensations in your body
💨 Breathing in for 4 steps & out for 5 steps
🐦 Notice your surroundings – the breeze, can you hear the birds?
