Her name is Rose-- she's sadistic, she has an Affable Evil sort of vibe, and she likes watching mortals scramble for her whims. Drawing those legs was a hell of a lot of fun :D

Caritas ref! Getting her colour palette to work was troublesome but I made it happen
also the detail on those wings and reverse-engineering to figure out the damn alt mode was fun, in the sarcastic and emphatic sense of the word
