On this first day of fall I’m posting my favourite memory of summer. Lots of mountain biking was a good thing. So grateful for it!

So much clarity can come from writing a letter - to a friend, to an enemy, to a loved one who has passed or even to yourself. A wonderful way to get to know yourself.
