@shareocs Helios doesn't necessarily have "powers" but his species, the Dracobox can get charged up with electricity by being involved in some kind of physical activity such as running. When charged they run up to 25 mph and jump as high as their height

Dracos used to be pokemon and helios was the sidekick to a powerful mewtwo named rune (brought back as a draco)
