crop of a BIG illo I just finished *___*
i really love coloring these in Illustrator. enjoying contrast between the very wonky, hand-drawn ink lines to the solid shapes. and it takes soooo much less time vs raster graphics, especially the doc size of 28,000px
@NateCosBOOM @francisvallejo hi! I am a freelance illustrator/painter and I love every color, even purple *in moderation* :)

thanks for opening up this call!
recent fun with figure drawing + watercolor + watersoluble pencils, playing with loosely following shapes.
the pencils are the best for when you want to draw on top of a wash but it's not quite dry, the graphite gets super juicy ;9
defunct but cool motorcycle, which i drew during a lunch break in my motorcycle safety training course
quick little sketch of my Scarabeo :')
i'm mailing this to the craigslist dude I bought it from as a thank you for taking good care of it & for being flexible on the price hehe
made some illos accompanying a friend's recipe in an upcoming #vegan #cookbook. his vichyssoise is all about not wasting the stalk of the broc! 🥦🥦🥦

real excited about this XXL illo I finished with the least amount of fuss ever!! digital painting at a scale of 20' means being conscious of the full view & the details u see at 100%. so the less work i have to do in PS the better. also when the file gets to be 5 GB u wanna stop
a 30 min pose watercolor babe from figure drawing recently. she is too NSFW for tumblr! RIP
